Our Physician

Dr. Terrell received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.  He completed his OB/GYN residency at the Wayne State University affiliated North Oakland Medical Centers.  He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He has been in practice for over 18 years.

 

Dr. Terrell serves on the Medical Executive Committee and is a member of the Bronson Battle Creek Integrated Leadership Team. He currently serves as Chairman of the Robotic Steering Committee.  He is the immediate past Chairperson of the Bronson Battle Creek Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

He has a special interest in robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery.  In 2008, Bronson Battle Creek acquired a da Vinci robotic system. 

Dr. Terrell has performed approximately 200 robotic cases to date.  He has acquired advanced training with the daVinci system and frequently attends seminars to keep up with the latest advances of this cutting edge technology.

He also integrates computers and technology into his medical practice with an electronic health record and dictation system for completing medical records.

Aside from the technical aspects of his medical practice, Dr. Terrell enjoys the satisfaction of helping his patients live better lives and recover from their medical problems.


In his spare time he enjoys biking, hiking and spending time with his wife Patty, dog Willie, granddaughter Emily Melrose and the latest addition to the family, grandson Evan Anthony born 10/10/10.
