Kim has a Medical Office Specialist and a Medical Assistant degree from Davenport University. She has worked in the healthcare field for the last 13 years utilizing both of her specialities. Denise is a graduate of the KCC Practical Nursing Program and has recently completed her Associates Degree in Nursing Science and passed her Registered Nursing boards. Denise has a positive attitude and always has a smile ready for our patients. She enjoys learning new procedures and has already proven to be an asset to our practice. I have worked in the medical field for many years as a receptionist with most of my experience in Ob/Gyn. I am enjoying getting to know all of the patients here and am ready to help make your scheduling and registration experience easy and efficient from start to finish!

Hi, my name is Wendy. I am the Front Desk Supervisor and the Medical Biller for our office. I was born and raised in the Hillsdale, MI area and moved to Battle Creek with my husband in 2002. I have worked in the coding and billing department in OB/GYN speciality offices since 2001. I am currently working on my MBA through Davenport University. I have a beautiful 15 year old step-daughter, 2 cats and 2 dogs. In my spare time I enjoy riding my motorcycle, golfing, and spending time with family and my furry friends. As the Medical Biller for our office some of my responsibilities include eligibility and benefits verification, claims, insurance pre-certifications, prior authorizations, maintaining patient accounts, account payments, payment plans and appeals. I really enjoy working with our patients and I am here to help with any insurance or account questions or concerns that may arise.
