Hello, my name is Linda. I am the Front Desk Receptionist and Supervisor. I also fill in as the back up Nurse when needed. I am from the Scottsville, MI area. I met my husband, Rick, of 36 years at WestShore Community College. Rick was drafted into the Army after College. We lived many places, my favorite being Hawaii, where we lived for 2 years on the Dole Plantation in Wahiawa. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I enjoy making vintage aprons and restoring old quilts. I became a RMA while living in the Homestead, FL area. I have worked in OB/GYN and Family Practice offices. My favorite being OB/GYN. When you come into the office I am the first face you will see. As the Front Desk Receptionist and Supervisor, some of the things I am responsible for are answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining OSHA and HIPPA standards and compliance. I enjoy working with our patients along with Dr. Terrell and his team of professionals in our comfortable, caring atmosphere.

Hi, my name is Wendy. I am the Medical Biller for our office. I was born and raised in the Hillsdale, MI area and moved to Battle Creek with my husband in 2002. I have worked in the coding and billing department in OB/GYN speciality offices since 2001. I am currently working on my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration through Sienna Heights University. I have a beautiful 12 year old step-daughter and in my spare time I enjoy working out at the gym, golfing, bowling, hiking and reading. As the Medical Biller for our office some of my responsibilities include eligibility and benefits verification, claims, insurance pre-certifications, prior authorizations, maintaining patient accounts, account payments, payment plans and appeals. I really enjoy working with our patients and I am here to help with any insurance or account questions or concerns that may arise.
